Skinner Lake is the ideal outpost for a group of 4-6 fishermen. This recently completed outpost features running water and solar power, making it one of our most popular locations. It's 3000 acres in size and boasts 29 km of shoreline along with a handful of islands.
Fishermen enjoy the variety offered by Skinner Lake and the Opap River, which combine to make this outpost a top producer of walleye and trophy northerns. The camp is located just a mile from the mouth of the Opap River – giving you easy access to numerous miles of prime fishing water. Although this location is famous for fast fishing all season long, it is especially known for consistently producing late summer and fall trophy northerns.
The exceptional fishing on Skinner Lake is complemented by the numerous sandy beaches contrasted by rugged rocky shorelines, making it one of the more picturesque outpost locations in this region.
